What data we process
What you voluntarily provide through the contact form — name, email address, organization (optional) and the content of your message. This site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics tools that identify individuals.
What we use it for
Solely to answer your enquiry and follow up on that conversation. We do not use your data for marketing and we never sell or share it with third parties.
Who else processes it
The providers that run this site — hosting (Vercel) and email delivery (Resend) — process the data only as needed to provide that service.
How long we keep it
While the conversation remains active and for up to 12 months after the last communication; it is then deleted.
Your rights
Under Chilean Law No. 21.719 you may request access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability of your data by writing to contacto@incuba-labs.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.
